Investigation of optimization of fiber Bragg grating writing based on single-pulse excimer laser

Abstract

The mechanism of the fiber Bragg grating based on 193/248 nm excimer laser by one pulse is compared. The results inspire the best way to write weak FBG on high/low germanium doped optical fibers.
