Immobilization of cholesterol oxidase on SiO2 nanoparticles and its application in Fiber optic cholesterol sensor

Abstract

Cholesterol oxidase was immobilized on SiO2 nanoparticles, which was used to develop a fiber optic cholesterol sensor. The sensor has good repeatability, selectivity and can be used for the detection of practical samples.
