Abstract
The fluorescence dynamics at room temperature was studied through an analysis of the fluorescence decay times of the various excited states emitting in the visible and in the infrared ranges. The optical processes are described in terms of rate equations and appropriate models are proposed to fit the time dependent intensity of the different fluorescences.
