Abstract

Highly efficient (27.3% slope, 18% overall), high average power (1.6W) continuously tunable (3.45- 5.05μm) optical parametric oscillation was demonstrated in a 12mm long ZnGeP2 crystal pumped with a high PRF (2.5-10 KHz) 2.05 μm Ho:YLF laser.
