Abstract
Dual wavelength operation of a flashlamp pumped Ti:Sapphire laser operated by a modified grazing- incidence grating resonator with two tuning mirrors is described. A spacially resolved laser spectrum of the output beam at the near field indicated that the almost all the part of each wavelength oscillates separately in the separated gain volume. Then simultaneous second harmonic generation with a β- BaB2O4 crystal is also described. A phase matching angle of each wavelength is automatically adjusted using four dispersive prisms and lens.
