Abstract

A flashlamp pumped, 200Hz, Q-Switched, TEM00Nd:YAG laser system with 10W of fundamental average power was developed. Using a nonlinear crystal frequency conversion system, 560mW of fifth harmonic (213nm) output was obtained .
