Abstract

By using high-quality CLBO crystal, we obtained the UV power of 23 W that is, to our knowledge, the highest 266-nm UV power in solid-state lasers. UV powers more than 20 W were kept over 50 hours with two high-quality CLBO crystals. Furthermore, UV power variations by high-quality CLBO crystals were proved to be less than ±2.4%.
