RF Phase Noise of a Dual-Frequency VECSEL

Phase noise of radio-frequency beat-note of dual-frequency VECSEL is investigated experimentally and theoretically for different coupling strengths between two modes. Theory considers phase-intensity coupling effect due to high Henry factor of semiconductor gain medium.
