Intracavity Adaptive Optics control of Continuous-Wave Nd:YVO4 self-Raman lasers

Abstract

An adaptive-optics control loop was integrated within a self-Raman Nd:YVO4 laser to alleviate thermal lensing resulting in power scaling of the Raman output by ~20%. Wavelength selection between two Raman laser outputs is also reported.
