Broadband Yb-doped Fiber Laser System with Gain-Narrowing Compensation

Abstract

We report a broadband Yb-doped fiber laser system with a gain-narrowing compensator. The CPA system outputs repetitive 3 MHz pulses with energies of 110 nJ over a broad (1020– 1100 nm) spectrum.
