Single-frequency Double-pulse Q-switched Nd:YAG Laser with a RTP Electro-optic Modulater

Abstract

A laser diode dual-end-pumped seeder-injected Nd:YAG laser is developed using a double-crystal RTP as the Q-switcher. The laser is capable of generating a pair of single-frequency laser pulses in every pump period.
