High pulse repetition rate and low noise MIXSEL

Abstract

We present repetition rate scaling of an ultrafast high-power MIXSEL from 5 GHz to record high 101.2 GHz. Furthermore, we achieve record-low timing jitter values of a free-running and piezo-stabilized picosecond MIXSEL.
