Ultrahigh-repetition-rate femtosecond optical parametric oscillator

Abstract

We reported a synchronously pumped femtosecond optical parametric oscillator (OPO) with a record-high repetition rate of 1.37 THz by fractionally changing the OPO cavity length, which generating 138 fs signal pulses with 175 mW average power.
