Abstract

We have developed Nd:YGAG for amplification at 1062.78nm. The fifth harmonics generation was used for two photon resonant four-wave mixing in Kr gas. Efficient Lyman-α generation at 122nm was successfully demonstrated. Efficiency reached to 3×10−3.
