Abstract

At room temperature, the specific heat, thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity were determined to be 0.365 J/g/K, 0.97 mm/s and 1.96 W/m/K. The conductivity increases with increasing temperature, which makes high power scaling possible.
