Abstract

Investigations of the spectroscopic and laser properties of Fe2+ ions in Zn1-xMgxSe and Zn1-xMnxSe solid solutions with different content x are carried out in the 77–300 K temperature range. The influence of the matrix material on the Fe2+ ion properties is discussed.
