Abstract

Reflective diffraction gratings are driving the development of high power chirped pulse amplification technology and high power fiber laser spectral beam combined. Meter scale multilayer dielectric gratings, near half-meter metal multilayer dielectric gratings, and polarization-independent spectral combined gratings have made a big step.
