Oscillator-Driven High Harmonic Generation

Abstract

We present high harmonic generation at 2.4 MHz from the compressed output of a thin-disk-oscillator for the first time. Reaching >5x107 photons/s (19th harmonic), this result opens the path towards compact high-repetition rate XUV sources.
