Mid-Infrared OPCPA Based on Two-Dimensional Quasi-Phase-Matching Devices

Abstract

We investigate OPCPA using two-dimensionally-patterned quasi-phase-matching devices for use in bandwidth- and power-scalable systems in the mid-infrared. We demonstrate an off-axis structure for amplification and momentum-transfer, and a 2D chirped design for ultra-broadband DFG.
