Abstract

Stable self-starting bismuth-doped fiber laser mode-locked by polymer-free singlewalled carbon nanotubes is described. Dissipative solitons as short as 7.8 ps and energy of ~110 pJ was obtained. Evolution of pulsed regime on pump power is presented.
