Abstract

A kW-class peak power wavelength tunable DUV source operating in the range of 272276 nm is demonstrated by frequency quadrupling a diode-seeded, nanosecond, polarization- maintaining (PM), Yb-doped fiber master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) system.
