Laser-Induced Periodic Surface Structures in GaP

Abstract

Laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) in GaP with high and low spatial frequencies were systematically investigated. We fabricated these structures using a fs laser as a feasible alternative method to realize nonlinear photonic metasurfaces.
