Abstract

A passively mode-locked (Tm,Ho):YLF laser is reported for the first time. The laser is pumped with a high-power multimode laser diode and mode-locked with a graphene saturable absorber, delivering 52 mW of output power with a repetition rate of 75 MHz at a central wavelength of 2051 nm.
