Anomalous pulse response of a ZnO film photoconductive detector

Abstract

The response characteristics of a ZnO photoconductive detector has been investigated using different pulses. Its response to Xe lamp and UV laser was fast and linear as expected, anomalous behaviors were observed under X-ray excitation.
