Artificial Neural Networks Applied to Stabilization of 81-beam Coherent Combining

Abstract

An artificial neural network is used to stabilize 2D, diffractive, 81-beam coherent combining. Simulations demonstrate a neural network can predict phase errors based on pattern recognition of the uncombined beams and can correct them in one step.
