Abstract

Compact CW Er: YLF laser with output power 2.9 W and slope efficiency 26 % is presented. Using Fe:ZnSe crystal the passive Q-switching was achieved with pulse duration 21 ns, repetition rate 50 kHz, and peak power 252 W.
