Abstract

Low and high spatial-frequency laser-induced periodic surface structures embedded with periodicity ⋀~λ/2 down to ⋀~λ/20 are engineered via femtosecond laser nanostructuring with a broad range of incident wavelength from 400 nm-2200 nm.
