Abstract
Frequency down-conversion in the recently discovered hexagonal Ba2Ga8GeS16 is theoretically investigated by using the new Sellmeier and thermo-optic dispersion formulas derived from the measured temperature phase-matching properties in the 0.8054–10.5910 μm spectral range.
