Rapidly Tunable Femtosecond UV Laser Pulses through Non-collinear Sum-frequency Generation in a Visible NOPO

Abstract

Non-collinear SFG in a NOPO producing visible light can be used to generate quickly tunable ultraviolet radiation from 348-409 nm with output powers up to 23 mW and pulse durations of about 200 fs.
