10-Watt 640-nm Single-Frequency Source

Abstract

We study the optical properties of a narrowband single-frequency 1280-nm laser amplified in a Raman phosphorous-doped fiber amplifier and its second harmonic. A highly-efficient 10-Watt 640-nm single-frequency source will be presented.
