Abstract

Efficient hybrid broadband high resolution SFG spectrometer covering a 2.5-10 μm spectral range based on femtosecond mid-IR OPA source utilizing BGSe nonlinear crystal is demonstrated. The unique characteristics of BGSe crystal makes it a promising material for broadband mid-IR OPA sources pumped at 1 μm and operating at high repetition rates.
