2×2×35L mm3 rod-type periodically-poled 1.0 mol% MgO-doped stoichiometric LiTaO3 for optical parametric oscillation

Abstract

A rod-type periodically-poled MgO-doped stoichiometric lithium tantalate with a standard size of 2×2×35 mm3 was fabricated. The slope efficiency of total output power was ~ 70 % even at room temperature without exhibiting photorefraction.
