Abstract
We demonstrate polycrystalline Cr2+:ZnSe CW rapidly-tunable (4.5 μm/s) high-power (150 mW) single-longitudinal-mode laser; widely-tunable (2.12–2.77 μm) multi-watt (2 W) laser; high-power (6 W) highly-efficient (48%) laser; and high-power (3 W) highly-efficient (41%) microchip laser.
