Abstract

We report on an environmentally-stable all-normal dispersion mode-locked single-polarization large-mode-area microstructure fiber. The self-starting laser generates 1.6 W of average power at 63 MHz repetition rate. The positively-chirped pulses are externally compressed to 750 fs.
