Abstract

CdSiP2 is an exciting NLO crystal for mid-IR OPOs. Here we report reduced absorption losses, refined sellmeier coefficients, and a measured nonlinear coefficient – 84.5pm/V – far higher than other crystals pumped at 1µm.
