Abstract

We will present result 200–1000 mm length measurements with 50-200 nm uncertainty using developed Köster’s interferometer and three frequency stabilized lasers. Absolute frequency of used stabilized He-Ne/I2, Nd:YAG/I2, ECDL/Cs are measured using Ti:Sa fs Comb.
