Regenerative Amplifier with Pulse-on-Demand Operation

Abstract

A picosecond regenerative amplifier with repetition rate insensitive output energy is demonstrated. Constant output energy for repetition rates between 0 and 100kHz with a rate change of 2MHz/s is achieved.
