Experimental observation of a transient non-linear susceptibility χ(2) induced in a thermally poled GeSe4 bulk sample

Abstract

For the first time a non linear χ(2) is measured in a sample of GeSe4 chalcogenide submitted to a thermal poling. We present preliminary experimental results focusing on the dynamics observed for the first time.
