Abstract

We present our single-shot version of a self-referencing technique for measuring the phase and intensity of ultrashort laser pulses called VAMPIRE [Seifert et al., Meas. sci. technol. 20 015303 (2009)]. The cross-correlation setup utilizes filter elements to circumvent relative-phase or direction of time ambiguities.
