Nanocavity Structure Enhances Light Outcouplings from Two-dimensional Materials

Abstract

We developed a nanocavity structure to enhance light outcoupling from different two-dimensional (2D) materials. The Raman and photoluminescence (PL) light emissions from 2D materials were enhanced dramatically while maintaining band-to-band ratios and peak positions precisely.
