As part of ongoing clinical trials for Photofrin mediated Photodynamic Therapy following surgical resection of primary and recurrent malignant glioblastoma, ancillary studies including quantification of Photofrin concentration and fluence rate at multiple locations on the tissue surface and photo bleaching of Photofrin, were performed.
