Abstract
The light propagation in the exposed brain is modelled and the reflectance spectra of the model are obtained. The multi-spectral image is analysed by principal component analysis and the results are applied to multiple regression analysis of the image of more sophisticated brain model. The results suggest the possibility to measure oxygen saturation and blood volume of the exposed brain by multi-spectral analysis.
