Biochemical differences between tumorigenic and non-tumorigenic cells identified by Raman spectroscopy

Abstract

Raman spectra from tumorigenic and non-tumorigenic cells are presented. Differences are considered both by examining specific vibrational regions and using a simple fitting routine to estimate the relative amounts of biochemical components in the cells.
