Non invasive optical biopsy using ultrahigh resolution optical coherence tomography

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Advances of OCT technology are presented including application of latest laser technology achieving (sub)micrometer axial resolution from 400nm-1700nm, using adaptive optics to improve transverse resolution, and Fourier Domain OCT nabling high speed ultrahigh resolution OCT.
