Three-dimensional nonlinear algorithm to determine depth-resolved phase retardation

Abstract

A nonlinear algorithm was developed to determine depth-resolved phase retardation. The robustness of the algorithm was verified using simulated polarization sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) data on the Poincaré sphere.
