High-speed wide-field fluorescence lifetime imaging

Abstract

We report a time-gated wide-field video rate fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) system operating up to 29 Hz in both microscope and endoscope systems. Single-shot wide-field FLIM based on a novel four-channel gated intensifier is also reported.
