Abstract

The topographic image of absorption change in the head model is calculated from change in intensity detected with source-detector pairs at small intervals by the conventional mapping method and reconstruction algorithm. Image reconstruction algorithm using spatial sensitivity profile can effectively improve the spatial resolution of near-infrared topography.
