Method for Recovering Quantitative Broadband Diffuse Optical Spectra from Layered Media

Abstract

The recovery of broadband diffuse optical spectra of both layers in a two-layer phantom is reported for the first time. The recovery uses a diffusion equation solution with relative multi-distance broadband diffuse optical reflectance measurements.
