Determination of Optical Parameters through Light Scattering Study: B-lymphocytes

Abstract

Mueller matrix elements of B-lymphocytes were measured and compared to the FDTD calculated results with 3D reconstructed structures with confocal images. These results demonstrate a new method to quantitatively determine cellular optical parameters.
