Digital Holographic Microscopy Applied to Diffraction Tomography of a Cell Refractive Index

Abstract

We present a approach of 3-dimensional refractive index tomography of biological spec-imen, based on the high accuracy phase measurement provided by Digital Holographic Microscopy, recorded for a complete rotation of the specimen in the setup.
